Description: The first Maserati dealership in Lancashire has been opened by the Bowker Motor Group. Bowker Maserati held an opening celebration at its newly-refurbished showroom on the A59 in Osbaldeston.

The dealership has undergone a complete transformation, the work, completed by Speakman Contractors is of the highest standard and will allow the new dealership to showcase the full Maserati model range and provide after sales services.

BMW

Location: Preston

Description:Bowker BMW on the docks in Preston has opened its new expanded and refurbished dealership after an investment of over £1 million. The two-phase development, has delivered additional showroom capacity to accommodate 16 more cars and 34 in total.

To ensure the dealership was able to operate with minimal disruption and completion dates met. It was key we achieved a reduction in energy costs whilst improving lighting levels.

We utilised our programme of works ‘Business As Usual’ that has been developed in line with the needs and demands of businesses that still have the need to operate as refurbishment works are carried out.

Pharmaceutical

Burnley College

Location: Burnley

Description:

During the summer shutdown the college has been through ha multi million-pound redevelopment of office, teaching, and workshop space. Careful planning both on-site and off-site has transformed the College site wide.

Speakman Contractors were responsible for delivering the project for the college. Our multi discipline work force worked around the clock to deliver the project within a tight time frame.

Brierfield Mill

Location: Brierfield, Nelson

Description:

or over 8 years Speakman Contractors has been working on the redevelopment of this old cotton mill dating back to 1832.

This mixed-use development includes sport & leisure facility, office and residential.

From the inception we have designed and installed the electrical installation, fire, and security systems.

The leisure box operated by BFC in The Community includes indoor climbing walls, 4G football pitch, kids play area and many more activities.

Luxury apartments have been designed and transform the form Grade II mill complex.
